The Covid-19 pandemic heightened awareness of personal hygiene and health, and occurred against the backdrop of increased global population growth and aging. For example, the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA) sees rubber glove exports growing robustly by 12%-15% in 2022, placing Malaysia in a solid position as the world’s largest glove producer.

As the 10th International Rubber Glove Conference and Exhibition 2022 (10th IRGCE 2022) is about to commence on 6-8 September in Kuala Lumpur, SIGMA is geared up to make its debut at the world’s largest rubber glove event.

On this occasion, three types of medical glove sterilization packaging made from a proprietary medical film will be showcased along with other medical packaging materials. SIGMA’s medical film allows for medical packaging to be created in flat or stereoscopic 3D forms that generate bigger chambers for medical devices.
