BenQ Materials’ multi-layer separator possesses a thermal shutdown mechanism at low temperature with a PP/PE/PP tri-layer structure. Through a unique formula, stretching technology and process controlling, the separator also possesses low impedance/DCIR and is able to prevent the delamination of PE and PP and wrinkle formation after soaking in electrolyte. Our separator is perfect for automotive and energy storage system batteries. The separator film can provide high safety, high power density and a long life cycle as required for Li-ion batteries.
